Gameko Desktop PC Warranty

All desktop systems provided by Gameko are covered by our 5-Year Limited Warranty, which includes:

Gameko Peripheral Warranty

Peripheral devices (such as keyboards, mice, speakers, cables, surge protectors, webcams, headsets/headphones, routers/modems, USB sticks, Bluetooth dongles, and external hard drives) are covered by our 5-Year Limited Warranty, which includes:

  • 6 Months Collect and Return Service
  • 1 Year Parts Coverage
  • 5 Years Labor Coverage
  • Lifetime Technical Support via our customer support hotline.

Important Notes:

  • Warranty services are provided as detailed above, and no exceptions can be made.
  • 1 Year is defined as 365 days (366 in a leap year), and no grace periods are offered.
  • Example: If you received your goods on 01/01/2023 and request a free collection under a Silver Warranty on 14/01/2024, it will not be available as an additional 13 days have passed.
  • Collect and Return services and premium warranties apply only to UK mainland orders. For orders outside the UK mainland or after the warranty service has expired, the standard Return to Base (RTB) warranty will apply.
  • Under the RTB warranty, the consumer is responsible for returning the goods to Gameko at their own cost (after obtaining a valid RMA number from Gameko).
  • For goods under 2 years old and within the UK mainland, Gameko may offer a collection or returns label using a chosen courier service for a fee, to be discussed at the time of the warranty claim.

Warranty Exclusions

The following are not covered under the Gameko warranty:

  1. Accidental Damage: Damage caused by drops, spills, or other accidents.
  2. General Wear and Tear: Natural deterioration from regular use.
  3. Misuse or Neglect: Damage caused by improper use or failure to maintain the product.
  4. Third-Party Repairs: Damage or issues caused by unauthorized third-party repairs or modifications.
  5. Insufficient Packaging: Damage caused during warranty returns due to inadequate packaging.
  6. Incorrect Installation: Issues arising from improper installation or setup.
  7. Non-Gameko Parts: Components or parts not purchased from Gameko.
  8. Data Loss: Loss of data or failure to back up data.
  9. Third-Party Software: Issues caused by the installation of third-party software or software faults.
  10. Overheating: Problems caused by excessive dirt, dust buildup, or inadequate ventilation.

Premium Warranty Options

Gameko offers additional warranty options for enhanced coverage:

Warranty Claim Process

  2. Obtain an RMA Number: A valid RMA number is required for all returns or repairs.
  3. Return the Product: Securely package the product and return it to Gameko (if applicable).
  4. Repair or Replacement: Gameko will assess the issue and provide a repair or replacement as per the warranty terms.
